• Oversee all aspects of construction projects from initiation to completion.
• Develop and manage project plans, budgets, and timelines.
• Lead and motivate project teams, including project managers, engineers, and subcontractors.
• Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Manage project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate with various stakeholders, including architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure alignment on project goals.The position will report to the account leader and is fully based on-site.Qualifications & Experience:

We offer nine paid holidays and 20 days PTO that accrue per year. The salary range for this position is $125,000 - $190,000. Actual salaries will vary and are based on several factors, such as experience, education, budget, internal equity, project and location.
