A company is looking for a Member Relationship Manager to serve
as the primary contact for clients and provide support in financial
matters.
Key Responsibilities
Inform members about S-Corps and how to optimize taxes
Understand clients' financial backgrounds and provide year-round
tax advice
Build and maintain trust with members through effective
communication and support
Required Qualifications
In-depth knowledge of S corporations and their benefits for small
businesses
2+ years of relevant Tax and Accounting experience
Experience in a client-facing role
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
Familiarity with online bookkeeping and payroll systems
