Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Analytics to lead
data analytics initiatives for their perioperative SaaS
product.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and mentor a team of analytics professionals while promoting a
data-driven culture
Define metrics for product performance and collaborate with
cross-functional teams to enhance product development
Continuously improve analytics delivery and translate insights into
actionable business outcomes
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a STEM field or equivalent experience
5+ years of experience in product analytics or data science,
preferably in a SaaS or healthcare technology setting
Experience managing analytics teams and cross-functional data
initiatives
Proficiency in SQL and modern analytics tools (e.g., Looker,
Tableau, Power BI)
Demonstrated ability to use data to inform product decisions and
drive customer value
