Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Manager of Talent Enablement
to drive talent enablement efforts and enhance employee onboarding
experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute scalable programs for employee and leadership
development
Design innovative learning programs including workshops and online
modules
Conduct needs assessments to identify skill gaps and establish
metrics for program effectiveness
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Education, Organizational Development, Human
Resources, Business, or related field
8+ years of experience in Learning and Development with a focus on
onboarding and role enablement
Strong expertise in instructional design and adult learning
principles
Proven ability to manage learning platforms and optimize digital
learning tools
Data-driven mindset with experience linking learning initiatives to
business outcomes
