Job Description:
A company is looking for an Associate Director of Enrollment and
Fulfillment Operations.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage enrollment and fulfillment operations teams,
ensuring performance and employee engagement
Oversee Medicare and Medicaid enrollment processes, ensuring
compliance with regulatory requirements
Implement process improvements and manage relationships with
vendors to enhance fulfillment operations
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience in healthcare
operations
Minimum of 8 years of experience in managed care enrollment and/or
fulfillment operations
At least 5 years of management experience in a healthcare or
regulated industry
Expert knowledge of CMS regulations and enrollment processing
standards
Strong analytical and project management skills with proficiency in
Microsoft Office Suite
