Job Description:

We are a busy Italian restaurant looking for a born leader. -Our ideal candidate has a minimum of 5 years experience in management. - You are expected to work 50hrs a week. -You will be responsible for a staff of 30 to 35 people. -We use handwritten tickets and count back change. -Looking for a candidate that has a "lead by example" management style, who understands that training is the foundation to being successful. -We have been established in Escondido for over 40 years and San Diego County over 75 years. -We would love to hire someone to become a part of our team and look at this as an opportunity for growth and longevity . You will be responsible for the day to day operations. -Focusing on the details including steps of service, cleanliness, hospitality, food safety and team morale and productivity. Fix problems quickly and be able to turn a bad situation into a great one. -This position does require evenings and weekends. -However, we are closed Thanksgiving, Christmas, Easter and 4th of July. -Salary range: $65,000 - $80,000 yearly
