We are looking for an experienced General Manager for our growing Restoration company! Qualifications --- We also want a fun personality that enjoys getting results with others

--- Must have a California general contractor's license

--- 5-10 years restoration construction experience

--- 5-10 years Project Management and Estimating experience

--- Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Construction Engineering, or related experience

--- Experienced at reading, interpreting and managing financial statements

--- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

--- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to lead, mentor and bring a diverse group of people together to work effectively

--- Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one, small or large group situations to customers, homeowners and employees in the organization

--- Demonstrated ability to solve problems and make prudent decisions

--- Strong knowledge of MS Office, RMS and Xactimate

--- IICRC Certifications

--- Self-motivated to get results

--- Loves working with clients and tradesman

--- Thrives under high performance environments

--- Excellent interpersonal skills

--- Is succinct and professional with written communication

--- Enjoys taking care of others in their time of need

Responsibilities --- Improve your community by serving others in their time of need

--- Continuously learn about improving results and setting proper expectations of others

--- General Managers lead a team of restoration and reconstruction professionals after traumatic events, such as a fire or flood, to clean up and repair damage to residential and commercial property

--- As a GM, you will oversee company policies and direct activities toward long-range goals for growth and profitability

--- Guiding others who serve others while experiencing significant damage to their property is not easy

--- We will need you to build foundational relationships based on trust, actively listen, and find ways to support a team to oversee several projects simultaneously

--- Vision: To provide extraordinary care while serving people in their time of need

--- Professionally represent our company Values and Basics

--- Schedule and conduct Goal Setting and Review meetings

--- Coordinate and discuss financial/operational matters on a regular basis with appropriate personnel

--- Communicate with Owner/President concerning financial status of company

--- Review and discuss sales performance with Sales and Marketing team

--- Review job reports, WIP, and customer relations with Owner/President

--- Discuss and review marketing plans and objectives with Marketing Team

--- Review plans and needs of the company

--- Coordinate and discuss performance including financial and operational performance with all department managers

--- Review staffing and operational changes needed by departments

--- Discuss and coordinate personnel policies, procedures and problems on an as-needed basis

--- Ensure proper communication and compliance between departments

--- Perform other duties as directed by immediate supervisor
