This hospital is known for its world class expertise and patient service in women's health, robotic surgery, cancer care, and emergency medicine. -The VP of Human Resources will be responsible for planning, organizing, and directing all aspects of the Human Resources department. This includes employment, compensation, labor relations, and more. The VP of Human Resources will promote -comprehensive human resources policies and provide counsel regarding human resources practice as they relate to individual -and company objectives. - Requirements:
  • Master's Degree in related field required (Business, Human Resources, Healthcare -Administration, ETC.)
  • SPHR Required
  • 10 years of Human Resources experience
  • 5+ years of progressive leadership experience in Human Resources
  • Hospital HR experience preferred
