that positively contribute to the community. -What you'll do:In
this role you will be overseeing residential services and living
units and will be serving as the Program Director in his/her
absence. Primarily responsible for managing all available resources
in a manner that provides the students with the highest level of
care and to ensure the Rite of Passage program is being implemented
in accordance with ROP policies and procedures and Federal, State
and Local licensing requirements. The Director of Group Living
reports to the Program Director and supervises the Shift
Supervisors and direct-care staff.To be considered, you should:
- Possess a BA/BS in a related field (Master's Degree
preferred).
- Four years of related experience in residential facility
management.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple people and
projects.
- Good interpersonal skills including the ability to interview
potential employees.
- A working knowledge of the Positive Operational Culture
program.
- Must meet the requirements to be an eligible ROP driver. Must
possess a current State Driver's License
- and have an acceptable driving record for the past three (3)
years.
- Strong knowledge of overall company operations and policies and
procedures.
- Ability to pass a criminal background clearance check, drug
screen, physical and TB test.
- Ability to perform work with little or no supervision.
- Ability to utilize resources available to complete assigned
projects.
- Ability to prepare written reports and correspondence.
- Ability to understand and follow verbal and written
instructions.
- Ability to effectively communicate, verbally and in
writing.
- Able to work in excess of 40 hours per week with the
possibility of a varied schedule.The Perks:
