Job Description:

A financial technology company has an open position for a Telecommute Fintech Client Success Manager.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:
Managing and coaching a team of Client Success Managers to achieve strategic objectives
Improving processes through the use of data, analytics, and customers feedback
Leveraging data to understand, communicate and drive client value
Qualifications for this position include:

Bachelor's degree or 4 years of management experience
4+ years of previous experience in Client Success, Relationship Management or Account Management
Experience managing change in a cross-functional environment
Experience building cross-functional relationships to achieve strategic objectives
Experience successfully de-escalating escalated clients
Experience gathering data and using it to drive optimal business outcomes
