Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Lead DevOps Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in automating and streamlining our development and operations processes, ensuring the reliability and scalability of our infrastructure while leading cross-functional initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines to automate deployment processes.
• Lead the development and execution of infrastructure as code (IAC) using tools like Terraform.
• Collaborate with software development teams to integrate DevOps practices into the development workflow.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues by utilizing monitoring and logging tools such as CloudWatch, Grafana, and ELK Stack.
• Mentor junior engineers and promote a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the team.
• Develop and maintain automation tools for system configuration, deployment, and monitoring.
• Ensure security best practices are implemented across all systems and processes.Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a DevOps role with strong expertise in Python, Bash scripting, and automation tools.
  • Hands-on experience with cloud platforms and services, including but not limited to AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  • Familiarity with containerization technologies such as Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
  • Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins and GitHub Actions.
  • Knowledge of infrastructure management and monitoring solutions, including CloudFormation, Prometheus, and OpenTelemetry.
