marketplace. Administrative Coordinator We are seeking a motivated
and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The
ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative
support to ensure the efficient operation of our office. This
position offers an excellent opportunity for growth and development
within our organization. Responsibilities Include: Manage and
maintain executive schedules, including arranging appointments,
meetings, and travel arrangements Assist with the organization and
coordination of office operations and procedures Answer and direct
phone calls, emails, and other correspondence Greet and assist
visitors in a professional and courteous manner Prepare and
distribute documents, reports, and presentations Maintain office
supplies and equipment, and coordinate repairs as needed Assist
with special projects and other duties as assigned Requirements :
Proven experience as an administrative assistant or similar role
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability
to prioritize tasks effectively Excellent communication and
interpersonal skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word,
Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint) Attention to detail and
accuracy in work Ability to handle sensitive information with
