Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director of FP&A.
Key Responsibilities
Drive company-wide budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning
processes
Develop and maintain integrated financial models across key
financial statements
Deliver actionable insights for strategic decisions through
variance analyses and KPI tracking
Required Qualifications
8+ years of experience in FP&A, investment banking, management
consulting, or strategic finance roles, preferably in fintech or
crypto
Proven ability to lead financial planning efforts in fast-paced,
high-growth environments
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related
quantitative discipline; MBA, CFA, or CPA preferred
Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills; familiarity with BI
tools and planning software
Deep understanding of modern fintech and crypto trends, business
models, and operational metrics
