The ideal candidate will be talented and ambitious. This role will consist of Bookkeeper tasks such as data entry, full cycle A/P, and cash applications. Also, you will be responsible for month-end closing, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and reconciliation. This role is best suited for professionals that are self-driven and organized. This Bookkeeper opportunity will be located in the Escondido, California area and will be a permanent position.What you get to do every day- Knowledgeable in credit card management and reconciliation- Develop monthly reconciliations, financial statements and all supporting documents- Direct monthly accounting close- Administrate Accounts Receivable- Create cash flow projections, as needed- Retain a general ledger- Catalog sales tax records and create and file quarterly payments- Manage Accounts Payable- Review monthly accounting close- Set up subcontractor 1099's, and any other IRS year-end requirement- Secondary assignment when necessary
