Job DescriptionOne of the largest clients in Engineering is in search of an Accountant Specialist. The job is not just limited as its title. Exceptional administrative and clerical work skills would be a great fit. You will fully engage in preparing journal vouchers monthly, allocating cost to appropriate projects/accounts. Participates in the research and analysis of accounting entries and initiates appropriate adjusting entries that will maintain integrity of accounting records. Must possess a passion for learning, new ideas, and excellence. Should be highly innovative, self-motivated, and result oriented. Heavy expense allocation, and education/communication of expense policy with all internal employees and leadership. Must have good knowledge of computer operations, applications, and proficiency with spreadsheets. Possess the ability to understand new concepts quickly; organize, schedule, and coordinate work phases; and determine the appropriate approach at the task level or, with assistance, at the project level to provide solutions to a range of difficult problems. Client is looking for someone with 3+ years of experience. Needs have good communication, computer, documentation, and interpersonal skills.
